Tour story

Embark on a transformative Buddhist Pilgrimage Tour from Kathmandu to Lumbini, tracing the sacred footsteps of the Buddha through Nepal’s most revered spiritual sites. We begin in Kathmandu, where centuries-old stupas and monasteries reflect the deep-rooted presence of Buddhism. At Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, we take in panoramic views of the valley while circling the iconic white dome surrounded by spinning prayer wheels and ancient shrines.

Our journey continues to Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest and most significant Buddhist stupas in the world. Here, we immerse ourselves in the peaceful rhythms of monastic life, as monks chant and pilgrims circumambulate beneath colorful prayer flags. We also visit Namobuddha, a serene hilltop site believed to be where the Buddha, in a previous life, offered his body to a starving tigress, an inspiring symbol of compassion and selflessness.

The pilgrimage culminates in Lumbini, the sacred birthplace of Lord Buddha. We explore the Maya Devi Temple, monastic zones representing various Buddhist traditions, and the Ashokan Pillar that marks the historic significance of the site. This journey is not only a physical passage through Nepal’s most sacred Buddhist landmarks but also a path of inner peace, reflection, and spiritual renewal.
